The project revolves around the combination of comfort and minimalism whilst not being overly simplistic. The wood texture complements the concrete finish on the wall very beautifully. It creates contrast but is not extremely stimulative so the user can still be productive but also restful when needed.

A room that is overly simplistic tends to bore the user which eventually translates into less productivity. On the opposite side, a room that is overly stimulative tends to distract the user which can be a challenge to use the room as a place to rest. This project is a fine balance between modernity and simplicity. A masterful combination between productivity and leisure.
